Our Learn-to-Swim program is open to all children ages 6 and up.  Younger swimmers can be accpeted if they have had some previous experience with swimming.

Learn-to-Swim coaches will teach children the basics of freestyle and backstroke.  The goal of the Learn-to-Swim program is to prepare swimmers to join our Level 1 Team.  To qualify for the Level 1 Team, swimmers must complete 1 lap of freestyle and backstroke without stopping.  Once on the Level 1 Team, they will further improve on their freestyle and backstroke technique.  They will also be introduced to the breaststroke and butterfly.  Swimmers on the Level 1 Team are able to compete, within their own age groups, at scheduled meets.
